Da Vigo wrote an opinion declaring that while students have more limited personal rights than average citizens, the act of separating them from their personal effects to be "sniffed" would constitute an unreasonable seizure under the Fourth Amendment.

I think that drug dogs should not be allowed at school. They invade kids privacy and waste time for essential learning.

I like the idea of drugdogs, but then at the same time I don't, because the dogs do a really good job of sniffing out drugs(good!), but its distracting and bothersome, and word gets around, so if a kid doesn't want to be sniffed out, they could just ditch.
i used to be a drug dog and i helped crack some cases in local schools. i think that they do help at schools.

Drug dogs are helpful to our school. The amount of drugs in our school can be cut back if these dogs visit often.

I SAY YES AND NO, i say yes because it can lower the amount of drugs in school or that is being brought to school ..I say NO because from experience the dogs may pick up a scent that is not drugs but can be food or a wierd scent to the dog and he/she may pick the scent up as drugs
